    Valerie: Course, the other problem with busy people is delivery.
    Kim: That's just what I was going to say.
    Jeff: Because you're never home when they come.
    Valerie: You're never home. It can be so frustrating.
    Kim: Very frustrating. So I go to the post office on a Saturday or a Sunday and pick it up.
    Valerie: Right. Right.
