    V: The one that I'm doing is called iyengar yoga, and it's very, very, very active, and you sweat a lot, you build up muscle, uh, stamina. And it's addicting, I find. You know, I need to go to class twice a week, and if I can manage to get myself to stand on my head at home, it's a real victory. But it is definitely something that's probably the biggest anchor for me right now. Yeah.
