Easy Way for Bicycle Training
Spring football training is a grueling affair. A winter of eating popcorn, watching television, and limited physical exercise makes getting back in shape painful. The first afternoon of exercise, a tough head coach was putting the team through a calisthenics routine. Push-ups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks were followed by the bicycle. This exercise requires a player to lay on his back, legs up in the air, and move them as if you were riding a bicycle. "Is there a problem?" the coach asked one motionless player. "No problem," he replied. "I'm coasting."
